SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Participant”) and THE BYOB (“Company”) upon purchase and access of any online education content, including but not limited to tutorials, workbooks, downloads, and course materials (“Course Materials”).

By purchasing or accessing the Course Materials, Participant agrees to the following:

All content, videos, manuals, downloads, and materials are the exclusive property of THE BYOB and are protected by copyright laws.

No portion may be copied, reproduced, shared, or redistributed in any form without written permission.

2. License of Use

Participant is granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access the Course Materials for personal educational use only.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Violation of Terms

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Course Materials will result in immediate removal from the program and may result in legal action.
